Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern the XORY STUDIOS website at xorystudios.net, the XORY / XORY Core Discord application, and support and community features that link to these terms (our “Services”). XORY STUDIOS is the studio name used by the individual operating these Services. Contact options appear above. Samurai Slayers and Anime Invasion are studio projects; their Roblox experiences remain subject to Roblox’s terms and any experience-specific notices presented before use.

By using a Service after being given notice of these terms, you agree to the terms applicable to that Service. If you do not agree, stop using it. A privacy notice explains data handling; it is not a blanket consent to every use of your information.

2. Eligibility and platform accounts

Use Discord features only if you meet Discord’s minimum age for your country and its other eligibility requirements. Do not bypass platform age restrictions. Roblox access is governed by Roblox’s age, parental-permission, and account rules. If local law requires a parent or guardian to agree to these terms, obtain that permission before using the relevant Service.

Keep your platform account secure and provide accurate information when asking for help. We will never need your Discord password, bot token, Roblox password, account cookie, or two-factor authentication code. Server administrators installing or configuring the bot must have authority to do so and must explain enabled features to their members.

3. Community conduct and acceptable use

Do not use the Services to harass, threaten, discriminate, dox, scam, impersonate others, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, evade moderation, manipulate giveaways or polls, or interfere with the Services. Do not submit unlawful content, unauthorized personal information, fraudulent reports, stolen material, or content that violates another person’s rights. Follow applicable law, Discord’s rules, Roblox’s rules, and relevant community rules.

Report security issues privately. Do not access other people’s records, probe private endpoints without permission, or exploit an issue to obtain data or disrupt service. Good-faith reports are welcome; they do not authorize further access.

4. Support, reports, applications, and moderation

The bot can create support tickets, record messages, route reports and applications, and assist staff with moderation. A ticket, report, appeal, or application does not guarantee a response within a particular time, a favorable outcome, compensation, employment, a role, or access to a game. Provide only information relevant to your request.

Staff may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access for rule violations, security risks, legal requirements, or service integrity. We aim to act proportionately and explain decisions where appropriate, except where doing so would compromise safety or an investigation. Automated security checks can make mistakes. You may request human review through support or the contact above, including if you cannot access the server. Appeals do not guarantee reversal.

5. Your content and studio materials

You retain rights you hold in material you submit. You give the operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, transmit, and display it as needed to provide support, review submissions, moderate the community, and meet legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to use private submissions in advertising. It lasts only as needed for those purposes and permitted retention.

Studio branding, original website content, and other materials owned by the operator or its licensors remain theirs. You may view and share links to public pages for lawful personal use. Do not suggest official endorsement, remove rights notices, or redistribute protected material without permission or another legal right. Third-party names, characters, trademarks, and artwork remain subject to their owners’ rights; these terms do not claim ownership of them. Contact us about suspected infringement with the relevant link and explanation.

6. Projects, purchases, and promotions

The website’s store is currently a “Coming soon” page, not a checkout. Artwork and development announcements are previews, not promises of a release date, final feature, availability, or commercial offer.

If purchases are later introduced, the seller, item, price, currency, payment provider, delivery terms, and applicable cancellation or refund rights must be disclosed before purchase. These terms do not waive statutory consumer rights or establish a blanket “no refunds” rule. Transactions completed through Roblox are also subject to Roblox’s purchase terms and support processes.

Any giveaway, contest, or event requires its own published eligibility, entry, timing, prize, and selection rules. Participation does not imply sponsorship by Discord or Roblox. A bot feature alone is not an offer or guarantee of a prize.

7. Third-party services

Discord, Roblox, and linked websites operate independently and apply their own terms and privacy notices. XORY STUDIOS is not Discord or Roblox and is not endorsed by either merely because it uses their platforms. We do not control third-party outages, account actions, or policies.

8. Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, update, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We use reasonable care in providing the Services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, free development and community features are supplied without additional guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose or permanent availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees. Where the law permits, we are not responsible for losses outside our reasonable control or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. These provisions do not remove any remedy required by law.

9. Ending use and changes

You can stop using the Services at any time and request deletion as explained in our Privacy Policy. Removing the bot or leaving a server does not automatically erase support or moderation records. Restrictions do not eliminate your ability to make a privacy request.

We will date revisions and provide appropriate notice of material changes through the website or affected Service. Changes will apply prospectively; where required, we will obtain renewed agreement before they apply. Ownership, permitted record retention, and obligations intended to survive termination continue only as appropriate.

10. Questions and disputes

Please contact the operator first so we can try to resolve concerns. These terms are subject to applicable law and do not override mandatory protections available to you where you live. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or remove your right to complain to a regulator or bring a claim in a court available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
